CVIP Inc is located in Northeastern Pennsylvania
approximately 60 miles from Philadelphia International Airport (directions).
Truck or rail shipments with ocean transport services are available
from nearby ports in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Elizabeth, New Jersey
or Baltimore, Maryland.
Our manufacturing facilities are situated
on a total of eight acres that include a secure, fenced outside storage
area. CVIP Inc has a combined manufacturing space of just over 65,000
square feet. Most of which is serviced by any combination of one 40
ton inside crane with 25 ft under hook clearance plus various 15 ton,
5 ton and 2 ton units for additional material logistics or an outdoor
gantry crane for maneuvering most other materials maintained within
the outside storage area.
 Expandable,
soft wall clean area within the main manufacturing floor isolates
work on specialized projects or unusual materials eliminating any
confidentiality or material cross-contamination issues. A separate
South Building located in the eight acre property with a 60 ft long
by 30 ft wide usable work area, which is adaptable for many uses,
meets most needs associated with special projects.

A separate sandblast building
(60 ft long by 20 ft wide) plus a separate paint booth (55 ft long
by 20 ft wide), all OSHA compliant.
A
separate heating or drying booth (50 ft long by 10 ft wide)
capable of maintaining temperatures up to 250°F. Mainly used for
drying of the annular space (vacuum area) and multi-layer insulation
systems within cryogenic storage tanks and vacuum jacketed piping
systems.
